  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • You agree to make full payment upon delivery. Refusing payment without valid reason may result in future order restrictions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver products within the estimated time. However, delays due to logistics or unforeseen issues are possible.
  • Delivery is only available within India.
  • You agree to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of dropshipping, we may not accept returns unless the item is:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

To request a return or cancellation, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at exolabiz@gmail.com with order details and evidence (photos).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the purchase shall not exceed the product price paid.
