At Exola, we value your satisfaction. Since we operate on a dropshipping model with Cash on Delivery (COD), our cancellation and refund policies are structured to be fair and transparent.

🔄 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
    📧 Email us at exolabiz@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject.
  • After Shipment:
    Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
  • Refusal on Delivery:
    Refusing to accept COD orders without a valid reason may lead to account restrictions or a block from future orders.

💸 Refunds

Since Exola currently offers Cash on Delivery only, refunds apply in the following specific cases:

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged item on delivery
  • Missing product(s)
  • Product not delivered within 15 days

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Minor packaging damage
  • Dislike of product after use
  • Delay due to customer unavailability

📦 Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  1. We will request your UPI ID or bank account details.
  2. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. We may ask for photo/video proof of the issue.

🛡️ How to Request a Refund or Raise a Dispute

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order ID and issue details
  • Send supporting images (for damages or incorrect items)
