At Exola, we value your satisfaction. Since we operate on a dropshipping model with Cash on Delivery (COD), our cancellation and refund policies are structured to be fair and transparent.
🔄 Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
📧 Email us at exolabiz@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject. -
After Shipment:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched. -
Refusal on Delivery:
Refusing to accept COD orders without a valid reason may lead to account restrictions or a block from future orders.
💸 Refunds
Since Exola currently offers Cash on Delivery only, refunds apply in the following specific cases:
✅ Eligible for Refund:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item on delivery
- Missing product(s)
- Product not delivered within 15 days
❌ Not Eligible:
- Minor packaging damage
- Dislike of product after use
- Delay due to customer unavailability
📦 Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- We will request your UPI ID or bank account details.
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- We may ask for photo/video proof of the issue.

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order ID and issue details
- Send supporting images (for damages or incorrect items)
